Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. To start a return, email us at info.gaitellinajewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Want something different? We are happy to exchange items. Just let us know and we will arrange it for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
